Target dalam penyusunan karya ini guna menganalisis secara mendalam aspek keterkaitan promosi, brand image kulitas produk, harga, dan pelayanan pada loyalitas di Batam Twin Interior Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif, jenis Expost Facto, data ordinal, dan pendekatan asosiatif korelatif (sebab-akibat) menggunakan sampel 25 pelanggan di PT Batam Twin Interior Design. Adapun dari hasil karya ini yaitu pertama, memiliki keterkaitan erat kualiats produk terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di PT Batam Twin Interior Design kedua, memiliki keterkaitan erat Harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di PT Batam Twin Interior Design ketiga, memiliki keterkaitan erat promosi terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di PT Batam Twin Interior Design keempat, memiliki keterkaitan erat pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di PT Batam Twin Interior Design kelima, memiliki keterkaitan erat brand image terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di PT Batam Twin Interior Design keenam memiliki keterkaitan erat semuanya terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di PT Batam Twin Interior Design. Sebagai kesimpulannya menunjukkan bahwa semunya memiliki keterkaitan erat pada loyalitas pelanggan di PT Batam Twin Interior Design.
