Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Resistance Band dan Angkle Weight terhadap latihan kecepatan gerak Cross L kiper Futsal Marennu Academy. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah two groups pre-test dan post-test. Dalam melakukan pengambilan sampel, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Menurut Sugiyono dalam (Wiratama, 2016) purposive sampling adalah teknik penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Kriteria terbaik tersebut secara garis besar tentang kedisiplinan atlet didalam berangkat latihan. Berdasarkan kriteria tersebut sampel yang memenuhi berjumlah 12 atlet. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat dilihat bahwa t hitung menggunakan Resistance band 8,286 dan t tabel (df 11) 2,02 dengan nilai signifikansi p sebesar 0,00. Oleh karena t hitung menggunakan Resistance band 8,286 > t tabel 2,02, dan nilai signifikansi 0,00< 0,05, dan t hitung menggunakan Angkle weight 8,140 dan t tabel (df 11) 2,02 dengan nilai signifikansi p sebesar 0,00. Oleh karena t hitung menggunakan Angkle weight 8,140 > t tabel 2,02, dan nilai signifikansi 0,00< 0,05, maka hasil ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh besar yang signifikan. Dengan demikian hipotesis alternatif (Ha) yang berbunyi “Ada peningkatan yang signifikan terhadap latihan menggunakan Resistance band dan latihan menggunakan Angkle weight terhadap kecepatan gerak Cross L kiper futsal MARENNU ACADEMY”
