Crisis of energy that hit the world had an impact on high world crude oil prices, thus directly affecting economic activity. The wealth of energy resources, especially the new and renewable energy sources that we have, needs to be considered to be used as alternative energy, replacing and reducing the role of fuel oil for energy consumption in Indonesia. The testing of this tool aims to produce hydrogen gas which can be used as an alternative fuel and provide an innovation in the form of control to obtain data from the hydrogen gas production. The method of obtaining hydrogen gas by electrolysis is applied to the reactor using Stainlees Steel as the cathode-anode and Na2CO3. as a catalyst solution in the experimental process. The voltage source used in the reactor is 675 volts DC with a current of 10 A and the Arduino control system is used as an automatic control system. Furthermore, after the production process, the hydrogen gas produced from the electrolysis process is inserted into the hydrogen gas storage tube through the manifold hose. The results of the implementation carried out in producing hydrogen gas using the Arduino control system during the 2-minute experiment obtained a gas volume of 30.22 KPa, then the results of data analysis were carried out after production was running for 1 hour, which obtained 5.06 liters of hydrogen gas. Abstrak Krisis energi yang melanda dunia berdampak pada tingginya harga minyak mentah dunia, sehingga berpengaruh langsung terhadap kegiatan perekonomian. Kekayaan sumber daya energi, khususnya sumber energi baru dan terbarukan yang kita miliki, perlu dipikirkan untuk dimanfaatkan sebagai energi alternatif, menggantikan dan mengurangi peran bahan bakar minyak untuk konsumsi energi di Indonesia. Adapun pengujian alat ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan gas hidrogen yang dapat digunakan sebagai bahan bakar alternatif dan memberikan suatu inovasi berupa kontrol untuk mendapatkan data-data dari hasil produksi gas hidrogen tersebut. Metode pemerolehan gas hidrogen dengan proses elektrolisis yang diterapkan pada reaktor dengan penggunaan Stainlees Steel sebagai katoda-anoda dan Na2CO3.sebagai larutan katalis pada proses percobaan. Sumber tegangan yang digunakan pada reaktor adalah 675 Volt DC dengan arus 10 A serta penggunaan sistem kontrol arduino sebagai sistem kendali otomatis. Selanjutnya setelah proses produksi berlangsung gas hidrogen yang dihasilkan dari proses elektrolisis dimasukkan ke dalam tabung penampung gas hidrogen melalui selang manifold. Adapun hasil dari pelaksanaan yang dilakukan dalam menghasilkan gas hidrogen menggunakan sistem kontrol arduino selama percobaan 2 menit diperoleh volume gas sebesar 30.22 KPa, kemudian hasil analisa data dilakukan setelah produksi berjalan selama 1 jam akan diperoleh gas hidrogen sebesar 5.06 liter.
