Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melaksanakan telaah serta menjelaskan peran knowledge management dalam membangun budaya knowledge sharing bisa di amati dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif sebagai metode melaksanakan telaah. Hasil pelaksanaan telaah memberlihatkan bahwasannya knowledge management pada Infinite Learning Batam telah terbukti berhasil dalam mengembangkan budaya knowledge sharing yang menguntungkan bagi mahasiswa magang. Hal ini terbukti melalui tingkat partisipasi tinggi, keterlibatan aktif, peningkatan keterampilan, kepercayaan yang tinggi, persepsi positif, keberhasilan inovasi, budaya organisasi yang mendukung, fasilitas yang memadai, dan peran mentor yang penting.
