Pelaporan proyek secara manual Workshop di Perusahaan Sepeda Motor menyulitkan pemantauan progres, pencatatan absensi, dan pengelolaan material. Kondisi tersebut menjadi dasar pengembangan dashboard informasi berbasis Excel VBA yang dirancang agar data proyek dapat terintegrasi dan ditampilkan secara ringkas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Three Dimensions of Requirements Engineering yang mencakup tahap elicitation, specification, serta validation & verification. Sistem yang dibangun menghasilkan dua versi dashboard: versi Excel untuk kebutuhan input dan kontrol data oleh analis, serta versi PowerPoint sebagai media informasi visual di area kerja. Pengujian dilakukan bersama pengguna internal, meliputi aspek tampilan, fungsionalitas, dan kesesuaian dengan alur kerja. Hasilnya menunjukkan sistem mampu mempermudah pelacakan progres, mempercepat akses informasi, dan mengurangi hambatan akibat keterbatasan sistem manual dalam pengelolaan proyek di lingkungan workshop.
