This paper addresses the time performance evaluation of supply chains, modeled by a class of uncertain timed discrete event systems, known as timed automata with guards. The contributions of this work introduce a novel approach to performance analysis that evaluates upper and lower bounds on completion times using advanced algorithms based on dioid algebra. Furthermore, we propose innovative methodologies for reconfiguring supply chains, integrating time-sensitive features into perturbation processes. This ensures the selection of optimal reconfiguration scenarios that enhance resilience while minimizing execution times. Compared to existing approaches, our framework prioritizes faster and more reliable task execution. A comprehensive case study illustrates the practical applicability and advantages of the proposed methods.
