Predicted Protein Structure Data in the RAISE Project Article Swipe
This dataset comprises the predicted complex structure data from the RAISE project, specifically including: 1) input features and output structures generated by the modified AlphaFold2 monomer models; 2) input features and the top-ranked structure (based on ranking scores) produced by the AlphaFold2 multimer models. 3) input features and the top-ranked structure (based on ranking scores) produced by the AlphaFold3 model.
