Solid organ transplantation is not uncommon and survival rates have increased, thus there are greater numbers of women of childbearing potential who have had a transplant. This chapter reviews the outcomes of pregnancy after solid organ transplant, common immunosuppressants used for transplant, and obstetric and neonatal outcomes for this unique cohort. Prepregnancy guidelines, outcomes, and issues specific by organ are reviewed.
