A BSTRACT Quack dental prosthesis refers to the unlicensed practice of designing, fabricating, and fitting dentures by individuals without proper training, certification, or adherence to dental regulations. These unqualified practitioners operate outside legal and professional standards, often resulting in poorly constructed prosthetics that may lead to oral infections, discomfort, impaired chewing, speech difficulties, and long-term oral health complications. Addressing this issue requires stricter regulatory enforcement and increased access to affordable, professionally administered dental prosthetic care to safeguard public health. This article highlights 2 case reports of quack denture prostheses.
