Reliable model to estimate the profile of the refractive index structure parameter (C<sub>n</sub><sup>2</sup>) and integrated astroclimatic parameters in the atmosphere

Based on the statistical study of meteorological balloons equipped with thermosondes, a new model that estimates the profile of the refractive index structure constant ( <mml:math xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"> <mml:msubsup> <mml:mi>C</mml:mi> <mml:mi>n</mml:mi> <mml:mn>2</mml:mn> </mml:msubsup> </mml:math> ) is proposed.
