Research and Application of an Early Warning Algorithm Model for High Altitude Fall Prevention Based on Personnel Behavioral Patterns Article Swipe

In order to solve the problems of low accuracy and weak practicality of traditional fall detection and warning system, the research and application of fall prevention and warning algorithm model based on personnel behavioral pattern is proposed. This paper systematically improves the existing YOLO target detection algorithm model is too large and the number of parameters is too large, and also designs a new hazardous distance measurement algorithm with the help of monocular camera ranging method. Experimental results show that: the improved target detection algorithm in the case of ensuring that other parameters do not differ greatly, model size and than the original YOLOv8n reduced by 1.99MB, parameters than the original model reduced by 1.039 × 109. The newly designed hazard distance measurement algorithm has a mean horizontal error of 2.29cm and a mean vertical error of 3.16cm in 100 sets of data from 4 different scenes, and the accuracy of hazard monitoring and warning is 92%. Conclusion: The fall detection and early warning system designed in this paper is highly accurate and practical, and has high social application value.
