3D printing concrete technology is an innovative building technology for green manufacturing, but in order to achieve better performance requirements, there is still a need for continuous in-depth research on 3D printing parameters, theory and the use of admixtures. In this paper, the effects of three printing parameters, interlayer interval time, nozzle travel speed and height, and nozzle shape on the constructability of 3D printed concrete were discussed, and the effects of bonding properties on the constructability of 3D printed concrete were analyzed. The study found that shortening the interval time between layers, reducing the travel speed and height of the nozzle, and choosing a triangular nozzle can improve the interlayer bond strength of 3D printed concrete, and thus improve the constructability of 3D printed concrete.
