<b>Introduction:</b> Intracerebral structures and pathologies such as intracerebral hemorrhages (ICH) can be displayed sufficiently by transcranial sonography (TCS). In some patients with ICH clot evacuation via surgery or catheter drainage to reduce secondary parenchymal injuries may be necessary.
