Time-lapse imaging (14 hours) of the morphology and actin dynamics of HepG2-LifeAct cells from Day 3 to Day 4 under 4% PEG compression compared to the cells cultured in the isotonic medium. The observed colonies are the same colonies monitored in Movie 1. Red arrows indicate the lamellipodia protrusions generated over the course of 14 hours.
