LUX-ZEPLIN (LZ) is a dark matter direct detection experiment using a dual-phase xenon time projection chamber with a 7-tonne active volume. The success of the LZ experiment relies on the robust design of its hardware and software infrastructures, including a complex data workflow. This proceeding will give an overview of the data workflow implemented at NERSC, using its flagship HPC machine, Perlmutter, which facilitates the automated real-time movement, processing, and cataloging of vast amounts of LZ data. The workflow utilizes management and monitoring tools to ensure seamless operation. Furthermore, it was successfully adopted for large-scale simulation production at NERSC, demonstrating its scalability.
