２ ０ １ ３年４月-２ ０ １ ７年３月に本邦で慢性副鼻腔炎に対し FESS を施行した症例を，DPC データベースから 抽出した．FESS は単洞手術(Type 2) ，複数洞手術(Type 3) ，汎副鼻腔手術(Type 4) ，拡大副鼻腔手術(Type 5) に分類した．合併症としては，髄液漏，髄膜炎，眼窩内損傷，術後大量出血，Toxic shock syndrome (TSS)の発生を ICD-10 コードと手術コードを用いて調査し，多重ロジスティック回帰分析を用いて合併症発生の危険因子について解 析をした． 結果Trends in complications after functional endoscopic sinus surgery in Japan
