Tutoría electrónica en la enseñanza superior: la experiencia de uso en la Universidad de Murcia Article Swipe

El artículo presenta la evaluación de un proyecto de innovación llevado a cabo en la Universidad de Murcia centrado en el uso de la tutoría electrónica en educación superior, analizando la experiencia llevada a cabo con un grupo de 545 profesores de diversas facultades y departamentos a través de la herramienta de campus virtual que se usa de forma institucional en toda la universidad. Los datos han sido obtenidos mediante cuestionarios cumplimentados en red por el profesorado participante de los cuales se obtuvo información sobre los motivos que le llevaron a participar en la experiencia, la frecuencia de uso de la herramienta, el tipo de tutorías realizadas, otras herramientas usadas durante el proceso, necesidad de apoyo con tutorías presenciales, volumen de trabajo asumido por el profesor, las dificultades encontradas durante la experiencia y el grado de satisfacción al finalizar la misma, entre otros aspectos. A partir de la información analizada se aportan algunas orientaciones pedagógicas dirigidas a aquellos profesores universitarios que deseen implementar la tutoría electrónica como herramienta de trabajo con sus alumnos en los cursos o asignaturas donde imparten docencia.
