PT Mami Satu Berkarya atau biasa dikenal dengan nama brandnya yaitu Mami Want (Mami1) merupakan perusahaan di bidang manufaktur yang menghasilkan produk keperluan rumah tangga berupa alat jemuran yang terbuat dari bahan mild steel dan plastik ABS (Akrilonitril Butadiena Stiren) berdiri sejak tahun 2016 dimana sudah terhitung 7 tahun berkiprah di bidang keperluan rumah tangga khususnya jemuran, Hingga kini rata-rata jumlah konsumen telah mencapai 1000 konsumen setiap tahunnya, namun perusahaan masih memakai sistem penjualan manual menggunakan excel. Penelitian ini berfokus menghasilkan perancangan UI/UX website khusus penjualan alat jemuran pada PT Mami Satu Berkarya dengan menggunakan metode design thinking yang sesuai dengan proses bisnis yang dimiliki perusahaan dan melakukan pengujian serta evaluasi dari rancangan desain solusi yang telah dibuat menggunakan metode usability testing dengan Single Ease Qusetion (SEQ) sebagai tolak ukurnya, setelah peneliti menghasilkan produk desain interface dan melakukan testing ke beberapa persona potensial didapatkan skor 6,2 untuk user adminstrator dan skor 6 untuk user customer. Dengan skor yang didapat maka desain interface ini dapat dilanjutkan ke tahap pengembangan.
