Zusammenfassung Zur Untersuchung der dynamischen Beanspruchung von ganzheitlich bionischen Leichtbauverzahnungen wird ein In-Prozess-Messsystem mit Dehnungsmessstreifen (DMS) verwendet. Diese werden auf Leichtbaustrukturen im Radkörper montiert, wo eine hohe Sensitivität erwartet wird. Die plausiblen und reproduzierbaren experimentellen Ergebnisse belegen, dass sich mit diesem Messansatz die dynamischen Beanspruchungen während der Rotation des in Eingriff befindlichen Zahnrads auflösen und vergleichend bewerten lassen. Zukünftig können so ein sensorisches Zahnrad, welches seine Beanspruchung im Betrieb kontinuierlich überwacht, und eine darauf aufbauende Regelung zur Vermeidung von Ausfällen realisiert werden.
