Data include kernels, SNR values and proportions of functional classes for neurons in Cheng et al., "Vision-dependent specification of cell types and function in the developing cortex", Cell, 2021. For all kern and snr data, each row is a neuron, the first column represents response to the contra eye, the second column represents response to the ipsi eye. Proportions of functional classes per field of view is organized in the prop data, row 1-4 represents unresponsive, mono contra, mono ipsi and bino neurons, each column represents an imaging plane. For wt and ko, 3 planes were imaged per mouse, thus, column 1, 4, 7... represents the top plane; 2, 5, 8... represent the middle, and the rest represent the bottom.
