This is the revision of the specifications for the Generalised Nuclear Database Structure (GNDS), corresponding to GNDS version 1.9. GNDS is designed to serve as a replacement for the Evaluated Nuclear Data Format (ENDF). Although GNDS supersedes the ENDF6 format, GNDS should be viewed as a natural evolution of the ENDF-6 format, using modern computational tools to make nuclear data more accessible.
