Routine Monitoring of CAR‐T‐Cells Expansion and Persistence in Patients With Aggressive Large B‐Cell Lymphoma by Flow Cytometry: A Single‐Center Experience Open
This retrospective, single‐center study evaluated routine flow cytometry (FC) monitoring of CAR‐T‐cells in 45 patients with aggressive large B‐cell lymphoma (LBCL). CAR‐T‐cells expansion was assessed from Day 0 to Month 12. Peak expansion …

Combining Total Metabolic Tumor Volume With Beta‐2‐Microglobulin Levels Predicts Outcomes in High‐Burden Follicular Lymphoma Patients Open
We aimed to explore the predictive value of total metabolic tumor volume (TMTV) and beta‐2‐microglobulin (B2M) levels in patients with follicular lymphoma (FL) with a high tumor burden receiving standard first‐line immunochemotherapy. We a…

Complete hematologic response after belinostat treatment and allogeneic stem cell transplantation for multiple relapsed/refractory angioimmunoblastic T‐cell lymphoma: A case report Open
Key Clinical Message This case report highlights the potential of belinostat for the treatment of relapsed/refractory peripheral T‐cell lymphomas, for which effective therapies are still scarce. Abstract Peripheral T‐cell lymphomas have an…

COMBINING BASELINE TOTAL METABOLIC TUMOR VOLUME AND BETA‐2‐MICROGLOBULIN LEVELS PREDICTS OUTCOMES IN HIGH BURDEN FOLLICULAR LYMPHOMA Open
Introduction: Follicular lymphoma (FL) usually presents an indolent course with repeated events of disease progression but treatment-free time intervals and patients' survival are reduced at each relapse. Many prognostic scores exist but f…

Successful treatment of T/myeloid mixed‐phenotype acute leukemia with the translocation (10;11)(p13;q14) PICALM/AF10 with 3 + 7 myeloid standard treatment: A case report Open
The translocation PICALM/AF10 is described in multilineage diseases. We report a patient with PICALM/AF10 T/myeloid mixed‐phenotype acute leukemia who achieved durable complete remission after AML‐like treatment suggesting a myeloid origin.
