L’ectropion paralytique survient habituellement suite à une paralysie du septième nerf crânien. Elle peut être à l’origine d’un syndrome sec avec larmoiement chronique gênant pour le patient. Nous rapportons un cas d’ectropion tarsal unilatéral révélant une paralysie faciale périphérique à l’hôpital central de Yaoundé.
