Abstract Purpose The increasing importance of radiation oncology (RO) education worldwide drives a need for modernization of university curricula, particularly in anticipation of the new Licensing Regulation for Physicians ( Ärztliche Approbationsordnung , ÄApprO) in Germany. This study evaluates RO education at four German medical schools and compares student perspectives with the recommendations of the academic radiation oncology consortium of the German Society of Radiation Oncology ( Deutsche Gesellschaft für …

In addition…

Early feeding practices in infants with phenylketonuria across Europe
2018-08-07 • Alex Pinto, Sandra Adams, Kirsten Ahring, Heather Allen, Manuela Almeida, Dolores García-Arenas, Nur Arslan, Murielle Assoun, Yasemin Atik Altınok,...
This is the largest European survey completed on PKU infant feeding practices. It is evident that practices varied widely across Europe, and the practicalities of infant feeding in PKU received little focus in the PKU European Guidelines (2017). There are few reports comparing different feeding techniques with blood Phe control, Phe fluctuations and growth. Controlled prospective studies are necessary to assess how different infant feeding practices may influence longer term feeding development.
