The case of a 72 year old man is reported who presented to the outpatient clinics for treatment of new intermittent claudication (4 weeks). In 2018, the patient underwent elective Endovascular Aneurysm Repair (EVAR) for aa asymptomatic 6.0 cm Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA).
