【目的】冠動脈疾患に起因する院外心肺停止蘇生後患者の院内死亡および神経予後の救急初療室での予測因子を明らかにすること.【方法】冠動脈疾患を有する院外心肺停止蘇生後患者 79 名を対象とした.生存群と院内死亡群および神経予後良好群と不良群とに分け,背景因子,プレホスピタル因子,心電図を含む来院時所見およびその後の臨床経過を比較し,院内死亡および神経予後を救急初療室で迅速に予測する因子を求めた.【結果】院内死亡群は生存群より,収縮期血圧が低値 ( 81.0±59.3 vs. 1…
