症例は65歳，女性．腹痛と嘔吐を主訴に受診となった．CTで上部空腸に異物を認め，それによる腸閉塞が疑われた．胃管挿入で経過観察としたところ，CTで異物が肛門側へ移動したため，異物の確認目的に小腸内視鏡を施行した．Treitz靱帯から150cmの空腸に腸石を認め，これが腸閉塞の原因であったと判明したが，内視鏡的に破砕できず，手術の方針となった．開腹すると小腸内視鏡で確認した位置に腸石が嵌頓しており，腸切開して腸石を摘出した．腸石は5.0×4.5×4.5cm大であり，成分分析で…
