今回われわれは,長期間介在した気管支異物の1例を報告した。症例は1歳4カ月の男児で,主訴は長期間持続する咳嗽であり,前医で肺炎と診断されて治療を受けていたが,治癒しなかった。4カ月後に胸部CTで気管支異物と診断された。気管支鏡で異物を摘出した。異物はセロハンテープであった。気管支異物の診断が遅れた理由は,X線透過性異物であったことと初診医が気管支異物を疑わなかったことと考えられた。
