Abstract Current electrochemical membrane reactors (EMRs) focus on half-cell reactions, which limits their efficiency. Herein, an EMR-P with full-cell reactions was constructed using a carbon membrane (CM) as the cathode and a TiO2-loaded CM as the anode.
