Lagrangian Stochastic Modeling of Unstable Atmospheric Surface Layer

Abstract This study evaluates the performance of a recently developed Lagrangian stochastic model (LSM), which solves the transport equations for turbulence probability density functions (PDFs), for simulating the unstable atmospheric surface layer (ASL).
