症例は41歳，女性．2日前からの増強する心窩部痛を主訴に，当院救急外来を受診．腹部単純CTにて横行結腸腫瘍による腸重積と診断．腹膜刺激症状を伴う強い腹痛を呈しており，緊急手術を施行した．手術所見では横行結腸腫瘍による腸重積を認め，Hutchinson手技で容易に整復され，腸管血流障害はなかった．横行結腸部分切除を行い，標本を摘出．標本を確認すると粘膜下腫瘍であり，追加のリンパ節郭清は行わず終了した．病理診断は嚢胞状リンパ管腫であった．経過は良好で，術後7日目に退院とした．
