症例は28歳女性．一過性の複視が出現し左視床梗塞を認めた．脳血管造影検査にて右P1から分岐する紡錘状に拡張する血管を確認した．Artery of Percheron（AOP）解離との診断は難しく，虚血発症であり，再発予防としてアスピリンの投与を開始して経過観察していた．しかし，投与開始1カ月後にくも膜下出血を発症し，アスピリンがAOP解離からの出血を惹起した可能性を考えた．本症例は，短期間に虚血およびくも膜下出血を来したこと，また，紡錘状拡張の退縮傾向を認めたことから，その…
