容器内角广泛应用于空间流体管理,研究微重力环境下容器内角处液体界面行为对空间流体管理具有重要意义.由于设计和制造等原因,理想的尖内角结构无法实现,而是带有一定圆角过渡的内角.本文对液滴在圆角过渡内角处的毛细界面行为进行了理论分析和数值模拟,并与理想尖内角处的液滴毛细界面行为进行对比,得到定性和定量的新规律.与理想尖内角不同的是,液滴的毛细界面行为不仅与接触角和内角的角度有关,还与圆内角的圆角半径和液滴体积有关.
