Trousseau症候群は悪性腫瘍に伴う血液凝固亢進により脳卒中を生じる病態とされ卵巣癌での発症は多いが,卵巣粘液性腺癌での発症報告はほとんどなく,今回経験したので報告する。症例は70歳女性。見当識障害で受診し多発性脳梗塞を認め,精査にて卵巣粘液性腺癌を認めた。粘液性腺癌の進行は緩徐だが進行例は予後不良とされ,今回も急激な経過を辿ったが,治療ではCA125などで病勢を予測しての抗凝固療法や原疾患の速やかな治療が肝要と思われる。
