Avian pathogenic Escherichia coli (APEC) causes avian colibacillosis, leading to significant economic losses and concerns for food safety in the poultry industry. This study focused on examining the virulence gene profile, antibiotic resistance prevalence, and resistance patterns of APEC isolates.
