ドングリによる中毒の診断に資するために,ドングリに含まれる総ポリフェノール(TPPs)の簡便,迅速な抽出手法を開発した.含水アセトンで振盪する本手法は高速溶媒抽出法(ASE)に匹敵する回収率であった上,再現性が高く,簡易であり,十分診断に応用できるものと考えられた.また,この手法でマテバシイのドングリのTPPs濃度を定量したところ,未熟果は熟果よりも有意に濃度が高かった.
