症例は68歳，男性．便秘，腹痛，食欲低下，左肩の痛みを主訴に近医を受診した．胸部X線検査で左肺の腫瘤陰影を指摘され，当院に入院となった．CT検査では左肺上葉に胸壁浸潤を伴った原発性肺癌を疑う径4.8cmの腫瘤と小腸腫瘤を先進部とする腸重積によるイレウス所見を認めた．イレウス管からの造影検査で回腸末端付近に小腸腫瘤を確認した．イレウス解除目的で開腹術を行った．回腸末端から約40cm口側の小腸腫瘍が先進部となり重積を惹起していたため，回腸部分切除を施行した．小腸腫瘍は病理組織学…
