46歳，男性。1年前より拡大する左耳介部の暗赤色，痂皮を伴う4.5×3.0 cmの充実性腫瘤。病理組織は真皮に粘液湖が形成され，adenocarcinomaの乳頭状集塊が浮遊。免疫染色でCK7，CK20，GCDFP-15が陽性。CK5/6，Synaptophysin，Chromogranin Aは陰性。全身検索で他内臓悪性腫瘊はみられず，皮膚原発粘液癌と診断した。耳介の発症は稀。腫瘊切除および欠搊耳介部の再建術を二期的に施行した。
