症例は81歳女性．2008年に交通事故で大腿骨置換術など計５回の手術を行った．術後から右背部の腫瘤を自覚，次第に増大も放置していた．腹壁ヘルニアが疑われ当科紹介となった．超音波検査，CT検査で上腰ヘルニアと診断した．初診より３カ月後に手術目的に当科へ入院した．身長151cm，体重70㎏，BMI30.7kg/m2の肥満患者であった．手術は３portで開始し，約６×５cmのヘルニア門を露出，同定後，体位を左側臥位とし，右下腹部に５mmポートを追加，ベントラライト™STでヘルニア…
