大型でhypervascularな聴神経腫瘍は摘出術のリスクが高い. 今回塞栓術と二期的摘出術を施行して良好な結果を得た1例を報告する. 症例は31歳, 男性, 家族性神経線維腫症Ⅱ型 (neurofibromatosis 2), 13年前に右聴神経腫瘍を手術した. その後左聴神経腫瘍が増大, 左聴力消失, 歩行障害をきたし, 1年前に摘出術を行った. 術中出血のため部分摘出を行い, 一時小脳症状は軽快したが, 再度悪化し今回の手術となった. 腫瘍は7cmで脳幹を強く圧排,…
