Abstract Purpose: Immunotherapy has demonstrated promise in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), but certain patients encounter limited benefits, highlighting the need for immunosuppressive biomarkers. Extrachromosomal circular DNA (ecDNA) promotes amplification of MYC paralogs (MYC, MYCN, and MYCL), driving cross-resistance in SCLC.
