症例の概要:患者は85歳男性.咬耗による前歯部審美不良と咀嚼困難を主訴として来院した.顕著な咬耗と咬合支持喪失に伴う補綴空隙の減少,義歯の不適合が認められた.使用中の上下顎義歯,プロビジョナルレストレーション,暫間義歯を用いて咬合挙上を行った.患者の審美的,機能的な充足を確認したのち,最終補綴装置となるコーヌステレスコープ義歯を装着した.
