症例の概要：患者は85歳男性．咬耗による前歯部審美不良と咀嚼困難を主訴として来院した．顕著な咬耗と咬合支持喪失に伴う補綴空隙の減少，義歯の不適合が認められた．使用中の上下顎義歯，プロビジョナルレストレーション，暫間義歯を用いて咬合挙上を行った．患者の審美的，機能的な充足を確認したのち，最終補綴装置となるコーヌステレスコープ義歯を装着した．
