Ectopic Tonsillar Tissue in the Oral Floor Open
口腔内に異所性に扁桃組織が見られる症例はまれである。舌下扁桃腺組織から成る異所性口腔扁桃は一般的に,無症候性,非潰瘍,可動性小結節といった特徴を持ち,その診断は困難である。われわれは,49歳女性で,口底に異所性に扁桃組織を認める症例を経験したので,ここに報告する。主症状は左側舌下の腫脹である。病理学的所見としては,間質に陥入した上皮組織とその周囲に扁桃組織を含むリンパ組織が認められた。そのため,今回本症例を舌下口腔異所性扁桃であると診断した。
