This study aimed to evaluate an online English for Tourism course given to the staff of Borobudur Conservation Center as viewed from the learners' standpoints. To this end, a mixed-method approach was employed. A survey questionnaire designed with a four-point Likert scale was distributed to 16-course attendees who were tourism staff at Borobudur Conservation Center. The data obtained from the questionnaire were analyzed quantitatively through a descriptive statistics analysis. To corroborate the data, the researchers employed a semi-structured interview to identify the attendees' difficulties encountered during joining the program. The data from this interview were analyzed qualitatively by grouping them into themes, coding, and analyzing them to find links. The findings reveal learners' positive attitudes towards (1) the course content, (2) the course materials, (3) the course approach, (4) the course management, and (5) the course outcomes. Based on these results, suggestions for a more effective training program are proposed.
